It’s an opportunity to let your creativity show as you direct and oversee the operations of a venue. Responsibilities in this position could include implementing workplace policies, overseeing employees, coordinating specific events, and arranging entertainment for guests. If starting at the top seems overwhelming, begin by getting the basic training with an event management course offered by a school that knows the hospitality and entertainment industries.
