Search Engine Marketing Content Now Added to Stratford Career Institute’s Internet Specialist Program
Stratford Career Institute’s Internet Specialist program has added two new modules that deal specifically with search engine marketing. The modules will help students understand the basic concepts of search engine marketing and then detail how to execute an online marketing strategy that’s best suited for a specific website or business.
“Search marketing is a form of Internet marketing that helps individuals and businesses to increase their visibility in search engine results,” says John McNeff, the Institute’s Vice President of Marketing.
The Search Engine Marketing modules will focus on such key topic as indexing, target keywords, content optimization, paid search, linking, and social media and strategy execution, and will teach students how to measure the success of their campaigns. The Internet Specialist program covers subject matter related to understanding the personal computer and carefully details how the internet works, how it is used in various aspects of life and business, technical information, programming, privacy and much more.
“The Internet has quickly become the first place people look for information, so having a valid understanding of search engine marketing is extremely valuable for today’s entrepreneur,” adds McNeff.
The Internet Specialist program is offered through distance learning. Courses are completed through guided, independent study, with students submitting exams online or by mail. Students have access to an online student centre, and instructors are available via email and toll-free phone.
