Singing keeps you healthy.

Are you having enough sex to stay healthy? How about wine, are you drinking enough wine?

A recent blog post at Everest College’s website recently listed 10 Strange Ways to Stay Healthy. The article lists 10 surprisingly easy ways to live a bit healthier.

The list includes:

  1. Have Sex.
  2. Floss.
  3. Drink red wine.
  4. Drink dark grape juice.
  5. Listen to music.
  6. Stay moist.
  7. Drink coffee.
  8. Watch a Comedy.
  9. Sing!
  10. Make friends.

Author Allen B. Ury explains that while these little steps may not be conventional, they can all have a proven impact on your health. But does sex really help?

“Having sex once or twice per week has been shown to boost immunoglobulin (IgA), which is the body’s first line of defense against the viruses that cause cold and flu,” said Ury.

This is advice we can all get on board with. Ditto drinking more wine.

“Over the past 20 years, medical researchers have concluded that a glass of red wine daily can lower the chances of heart attack and stroke and even fight cancer.”

Unfortunately, as you can see, flossing made the list too.
