Like Poker? Want free tuition?
International Arts Management (IAM Corp.) is going all in to encourage college and university students to play at GR88.com (pronounced Great Eight.com).
This week, they’re launching The GR88.com University Poker Championship, with the winner getting a year of their tuition paid for (up to $9000.00), and a trip to Los Angeles to party with 2010 Playboy Playmate of the Year, Hope Dworaczyk.
The competition is a series of freeroll and money added poker tournaments running from October 2010 to May 2011.
“This is one of the most anticipated promotions led by GR88, and we are thrilled to bring college students together to compete,” says Peter Karroll, CEO of IAM Corp.
He added, “What’s really nice is that the contest is totally free, and gives away hundreds of dollars each month to participants.”
The contest is presented in partnership with Lifeofsports and IAM Corp. Lifeofsports has worked with various university poker championships in Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand and provided over $100,000 in tuition for students across the globe through free contests held year round.
