70 Canadian Colleges and Universities To Hold Education Fairs in Vietnam
Seventy Canadian colleges and universities are heading overseas to Vietnam to showcase their schools and programs.
The 23rd of October kicks off this year’s 3rd Annual Canada Education Week in Vietnam.
Last year’s events were a massive success, with over 3,200 students and parents attending the fairs.
“With a world-class education system, competitive tuition fees, multicultural learning environments, and scholarship opportunities, we encourage Vietnamese students to look to Canada when thinking of studying abroad,” said Deborah Chatsis, the Canadian Ambassador to Vietnam.
This year’s events will include three education fairs to take place at the Intercontinental hotel in Ho Chi Minh City on October 23, Da Nang University on October 26 and the Grand Plaza Hotel in Hanoi on October 29.
The events are designed to make study permit processing as efficient as possible. Students will have the opportunity to get detailed information about each school’s offerings, financing and potential programs.
The official list of schools has not been released for this year’s event yet, but last’s year’s fairs included schools such as University Canada West, The University of Saskatchewan and Seneca College.
